This guy preys on all the insecurities of the average, hard-working joe. “I use to be poor… Do something outside your family norm… I know government programs “they” don’t tell you about… I want to help you because I’m like you… I’m ultra successful…”
Real piece of work this guy is. Don’t fall for it. His infomercial is from a car as if it is candid. I’m do a lot of work in public relations and advertising, and this guy is a second class fake. A CHARLATAN!!!
Can I sell properties from outside the US in California without a real estate license?
I am planning to sell real estate from other countries in Asia to customers in california. From Estate Do I need to have a california real estate license?Also, can i open a office in california and hire sales people here who do not have real estate licenses.If not real estate license. Do you need any other sort of license? or anything else? if you answer, please let me know your qualification – are you an agent or lawyer.. So I know.. thanks.

Don’t believe what the “gurus” tell you! This book is a well-researched, easy-to-follow learning guide on how to make the right decsions when investing in real estate. It is the type of book you will refer to time and time again throughout your investing experiences.
In reading several Real Estate books in the last couple of years, I have found that most of them assure you quick money, just by following their advice. Unfortunately, most of these get-rich-quick promises end up being deceptive and misleading.
Finally, I came across a book that sidesteps these fantasies and provides a real view of what it takes to succeed in the Real Estate market. Marc W. Andersen, Ph.D. has done an excellent job in putting together a book, that in my opinion, is a must read for anyone who is serious about investing in Real Estate, whether experienced or new to the field.
The book offers a step by step through the whole process: from selecting a piece property, location, renting, operating expenses, to financing, taxes, and when to sell. It contains very detailed information and plenty of data and tips that will help the novice or the expert, to make the best possible decision when investing in Real Estate. Common questions like: should one buy a condo or a detached single family home? Should one finance 80%, 90% or 100% of the value of the property? How much can I rent it for? What are the tax implications? Should I manage the property myself or have it administered by a third party? When should I sell? Will be answered with professional and clear detail.
I strongly recommend this book to anyone, experienced or not, who wants to increase his/her chances of successfully investing in Real Estate.
I suppose the book has some value, but I didn’t care for it. The author does get the reader to think outside the box. The book isn’t like most real estate investment “flip” books written today. If you’re interesting in flipping, there are several better books to get you started. If your a novice, this book is not applicable to you other than it’s potential motivational aspects or feel good attitude. Spend your energy, time, and money on other flipping books.
Frank McKinney’s approach to real estate investing is something to be treasured. His advice on work ethic and being different may have been talked about in other books, but the part on creating your own market place alone is worth the price of admission.
